2018-present, Master and PhD candidate, Soil Science, China Agricultural University
2014-2018, Bachelor of Agriculture, Agricultural Resources and Environment, Anhui Agricultural University
Research focus:
Master/PhD: The effects of microscopic water conditions and spatial coordination on the nutrient interaction of soil phosphorus solubilizing microorganisms.
Undergraduate: The mechanism of cooperative degradation of straw by Trichoderma and Bacillus subtilis through elemental analysis, Infrared analysis and Nuclear magnetic resonance.
Introduction:
The current research direction is the effects of different soil physical structure and properties on the nutritional interaction process of functional microorganisms. Focusing on measuring and simulating microbial growth, metabolism and nutrient diffusion process with different soil moisture and spatial distance, which provides new insights that to deeply understand nutrition interactions from the organization mode of the microbial community structure and the coordinated coexistence mechanism. In the future, it is expected to explore the effects of soil physical conditions on specific functional genes of microorganisms at the gene level.
